Come Meet Our Audiologists at HearCare Audiology

Aswin and Mikhila, a husband-wife duo, are the proud owners and operators of HearCare Audiology. They are fully qualified Audiologists, serving in Kelowna and West Kelowna since 2015. They both have over a decade of experience working as Audiologists in India, Australia and Canada. They are currently members of the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC with the double credential of Registered Audiologist and Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner. They hold an Advanced Certificate in Cerumen (earwax) assessment and management. They are also members of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.

Aswin and Mikhila graduated from Osmania University in India with a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Audiology in 2007 and a Master of Science in Audiology in 2009. Aswin began his career as a Clinical Audiologist in India looking after the needs of hearing-impaired children, adults and clients with more complex hearing needs before moving to Australia in 2011. Mikhila began her career as a Clinical Audiologist in a hospital in India before moving to Australia in 2012. They then practiced audiology in Cairns, Queensland. Aswin and Mikhila immigrated to Canada in 2014 and permanently settled in beautiful Kelowna ever since. They were working in a private practice before starting HearCare Audiology in 2021.
