Our Story
HearCare Audiology was founded by husband-and-wife audiologists Aswin and Mikhila, who have been caring for the hearing needs of individuals and families in Kelowna and West Kelowna since 2015. With experience working in audiology across three countries, they bring a broad perspective and a shared commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized hearing care.
After settling in the Okanagan, Aswin and Mikhila spent several years working in private practice before opening HearCare Audiology in 2021. Their goal was to create a clinic where patients feel heard, understood and supported throughout their hearing care journey.
Today, HearCare Audiology is proud to serve the local community with comprehensive hearing care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Our team takes the time to understand each person’s needs and help them find solutions that fit their hearing, lifestyle and goals.

Registered Audiologist & Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Aswin is passionate about helping people communicate more easily and enjoy a better quality of life through better hearing. With more than a decade of experience in audiology, he takes an evidence-based approach to care and stays current with advances in hearing technology and treatment.
Known for his genuine and knowledgeable approach, Aswin takes the time to understand each client's needs and help them find hearing solutions that fit their everyday lives.
Mikhila Sivaswami, M.Sc., RAUD, RHIP
Registered Audiologist & Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Mikhila is passionate about helping people hear well so they can stay connected to the people and activities that matter most. She believes communication is at the heart of a fulfilling life and takes a thoughtful, personal approach to hearing care.
With a love of learning, Mikhila stays up to date with developments in audiology, hearing technology and tinnitus management, bringing that knowledge into her work with clients.
